At Coastal Concierge, we just love planning holiday parties.
We know the elements that can make your holiday party have that festive buzz!

A signature cocktail (something that screams happy holiday)!
Sparkling candles! Seasonal music!
A bountiful display of bites and treats!
All of these add to the ambiance of a fabulous party.

As you plan your holiday parties this year
keep these tips in mind:
Set Yout Table to Stunning
White tableware makes for a great blank canvas to showcase the food. It works for all types of parties from sit-down family-style service to buffets and it goes with any theme. Here’s where you can let your serving pieces tell the story.
We love adding height to a buffet table. A tiered tray is great for making a statement. Plus, it can give your food the WOW factor.

Add a Touch of Whimsical to Your Holiday Decor
Holiday decorating should be fun.
A whimsical hand-knit stocking hung by the chimney!
Colorful designs! A pop of color goes a long way!
One or two whimsical items make a statement; more is just too much!
Little things like this can make the holidays feel magical.
Start a new holiday tradition for generations to come.

Create Atmosphere and Mood With Lighting, Smell and Music
Turn off the bright overhead lights and use candles to give a warm glow. Scented candles can easily give the feeling of a cozy holiday. We love natural smells like fir and pine. Stay away from candles that smell like pumpkin pie!
Music is key to filling your party with holiday cheer but please do not subject your guests to back-to-back tracks of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Mix traditional holiday tunes with old favorites.

BLEND NATURAL ACCENTS
IT’S SO EASY AND FEELS SO LUXURIOUS
Wreaths on a window, garland on the stair railings, and tossed on the mantel! Any kind of greenery makes a tasteful holiday statement.
This year we are loving the “Berry”!!
As far as we are concerned there can never be too much greenery.

PREPARE A STRESS–FREE MEAL
This is not the time of year to try out a new recipe. Don’t do something too complicated. Stay with tried and true dishes that you know everyone will love.
Keep it simple with one wow factor dish.
Come up with a menu that you can do the prep work a few days ahead.

Remember the number one tip for any party is to have fun.
If you’re having a great time your guest will have a great time too!
So relax and enjoy!!!
