I was fortunate enough to find Laura through Facebook in the summer of 2018. Since then, Laura has been providing my family impeccable services that make owning a second home a lot more manageable and enjoyable.
Laura is very professional, proactive, and extremely helpful. In addition to dealing with various local vendors and service providers that we use for our house, she also helped us find a babysitter and a cleaning lady. She also visits our home on a weekly basis to make sure everything is fine.
One evening, as I was packing for a beach vacation, I realized that I had left all my bathing suits in our Westhampton home. I texted Laura and she was at our house first thing the next morning and shipped all my bathing suits via FEDEX directly to our resort in Florida. That was a lifesaver!
I know that there are a lot more services offered by Coastal Concierge and I look forward to trying them.
