The Luxe service of Airbnb introduces me to Laura’s company. I love the fact that Coastal Concierge is not a part of a bigger organization. From start to finish, I only have to deal with Laura. No changing of hands or dealing with an assistant.
Laura is incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I love her daily check-in to make sure that we enjoyed our dinner(s). Sometimes, she would let me know that it’s a nice day and recommend a place where we can go for a drive and enjoy the town, scenery, or beach. I happen to cancel a dinner reservation in less than 24-hours that would require a fee, and Laura took care of it.
I’ve delegated to Laura stressful and frustrating tasks such as lunch/dinner menu, food shopping, stocking pantry, restaurant reservation, car rental, finding a housekeeper and chef, etc. Laura is always available for questions, requests, or reminding me when the chef and housekeeper are coming 🙂 I forget what days because I know Laura knows, and she will take care of it.
My only regret was not using her more. But there’s always the next time. Thank you, Laura, for everything. I am looking forward to working with you again.
