Coastal Concierge is a premier concierge service in the Hamptons, servicing the second homeowner. We offer membership packages to ensure your home is being cared for when you cannot be here and that all your needs are being met allowing you to enjoy your time.
Peace of Mind Care Package
- House watching
- Pick up all mail and packages and delivering them to you,
- Water all plants
- On call 24 hrs. responding to emergency alarm calls, including Manage any service calls needed for emergencies
- Check entire house check including all windows and doors
- Monitor temperature and alarms
- Sending weekly updates on house with pictures
Total Home Care Package
Includes all the services in the Peace of Mind Care package plus we’ll manage all annual house maintenance including the following:
- Annual oil burner, air conditioner, generator services
- Change all air filters two times a year (spring and fall)
- Change all light bulbs, batteries in smoke detector and CO in the spring
- Have all outdoor water winterized and turned on in the spring
- Arrange to have all outdoor furniture cleaned and put away in the fall and put out in the spring
- Arrange to have windows and screens cleaned in the spring
- Arrange to have driveway plowed when there’s snow or as needed
Both packages gives you priority customer access to all Coastal Concierge services including:
- Hard to find babysitter on a Saturday night in July
- Last minute dog walker
- Personal chef and staff as needed
- Plus, many other concierge services
